GMW Camp Staff Leadership Institute

The application is now closed for the 2021 Greater MetroWest Camp Staff Leadership Institute.

Camps are still seeking staff members, and we are connecting prospective staff members with camps. If you are interested in a position at a Jewish day camp (ages 16+) or overnight camp (graduating high schools seniors and up), please complete the Camp Staff Interest Form.

CSLI is a special opportunity to enhance your experience as camp staff member. Staffers selected for the inaugural CSLI cohort will (virtually) attend three pre-camp specialized leadership workshops with peers from across the community, and a short recognition ceremony at the end of the camp season.

Leadership workshops are led by Federation, camp, and youth development experts, focusing on skills that are relevant to camp and life.
